Process: Finite group of steps or tasks organized logicaly and orderly in order to solve a problem or to reach an objective (Algorithm).

The Results can be Sales, Number of Clients or to exceed the Budget..





For Example, you may have the Goal to increase your Sales Team Sales from A to Z:

Changing the Numbers: Suppose there is a Sales Process with the following numbers: 20 Contacts which result in 10 Presentations which in turn result in 5 Proposals with the end result of 2 closed deals or 2 Sales.

A way to change the results is to change the numbers: Instead of making 20 contacts, Contact 40, this will result 20 Presentations and ......with the end result of an increase in Sales.


Changing the Conversion Rate: Another way to change the results is to change the Conversion Rate. To do this, identify the Best Practices in yhe Sales Team and replicate them in all the members....the end result will be the Increase in Sales.
